Senior Controls Engineer

Rotating Shift; 1 year, extendable contract

• Responsible for controls engineering & electrical support, controls modifications and continuous improvement of production processes
• Provide technical support and direction to maintenance and other technical employees within the organization; maintain regular contact with partners outside of direct work group
• Evaluate or monitor expenditures for processes and/or equipment
• Lead activities related to TIP (Throughput Improvement Process)
• Design Tests to efficiently find opportunities for design improvements
• Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies
• Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans; track corrective actions
• Enforces safe work practices as the highest priority

Requirements:

· 3 years of Controls experience

· Rockwell and Siemens experience

· Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.

· Ability to adapt and work with

Fanuc robots, IR Vision on the robots is nice to have.
