Patient Account Representative

Seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Account Representatives to support healthcare collections team. This role involves working with patients to resolve outstanding medical balances in a respectful, compliant, and empathetic manner. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and patient financial services.

*After successful completion of training, employees may work from home and are required to use video conferencing tools throughout their shift.

Monday - Friday 

Training: 8:30am - 5:00pm 

Post Training work schedule: 10am-7pm

$17/hr
