Job Description
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Lebanon, NH, to hire Roller Inspection Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality control.
Job Title: Roller Inspection Technician
Location: Lebanon, NH
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate precision gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OOR
Inspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerances
Complete visual inspections and final packaging per company standards
Verify that special processing steps (stability checks, Nital Etch, Magnaflux, etc.) have been completed
Perform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operations
Maintain accurate records and follow all inspection documentation procedures
Train team members as needed and assist with light machine operator duties
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary or trade education preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Experience using measuring tools and gauges preferred
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and maintain quality standards

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
