Family Advisor – Contract-to-Perm | Hybrid | Up to $40/hr | No Experience Necessary
Fairfield, NJ
Join a mission-driven team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role supervises Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), coordinates care, and ensures compliance with NJ DDD and Medicaid standards.

Empathy & Patience – support individuals with developmental challenges
Strong Communication – explain strategies clearly to families and teams
Problem-Solving – design effective intervention plans
Ethical Judgment – uphold professional standards
Lead and support DSPs, manage onboarding and training
Liaise with families and caregivers to meet client needs
Monitor service quality and regulatory compliance
Attend care plan meetings and implement improvements
Respond to urgent client needs and attend community events
Requirements
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
