Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager

Are you passionate about food safety and quality excellence? Do you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and enjoy leading teams toward continuous improvement? We’re looking for a dynamic Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. As our FSQA Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our food safety and quality systems. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate across departments, and ensure that every product meets regulatory and customer expectations. Your leadership will help shape a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee food safety and quality assurance programs to meet industry standards and client requirements

Manage quality systems for raw materials and finished goods, including non-conformance and corrective actions

Lead internal audits, prepare for external inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance

Supervise and mentor QA staff, fostering growth and accountability

Collaborate with R&D, operations, and cross-functional teams to support product development and process improvements

Investigate customer complaints and drive resolution strategies

Stay current with evolving food safety regulations and best practices

Deliver training programs to build awareness and capability across the organization

Skills & Strengths:

Proficiency in digital tools and quality management systems

Ability to write and implement SOPs and process documentation

Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities

Proven leadership experience in a technical or quality-focused role
