Practice areas include labor & employment, municipal law, special education, construction advice and litigation, and administrative hearings.

In this role, you will represent and advise public school districts across California in collective bargaining, labor negotiations, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. You will handle complex labor and employment issues and provide strategic advice and counsel.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in education law, public agency law, or related areas.
• Passion for advocating for educational institutions and public agencies.
