We're seeking an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead our upscale restaurant and events center in Bethlehem, PA. As General Manager - Bethlehem, PA, you will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

About the Role:

As General Manager - Bethlehem, PA, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant and events center, including food and beverage service, event planning, and staff management. You will work closely with our team to create memorable experiences for our guests, while maintaining a high level of profitability and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Coordinate events and weddings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting staff development and retention
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, quality control, and health and safety standards

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in an upscale setting
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
