What You'll Do:

• Handle complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery
• Litigate business disputes including contract law , noncompete , shareholder conflicts , and employment law issues
• Collaborate on trial strategy and represent clients in hearings and at trial
• Provide strategic counsel to business clients on litigation risk and compliance

What Our Client is Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation experience with a strong litigation toolkit
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio
• Experience in business litigation , employment defense , or regulatory compliance a plus
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
