Job Description & Requirements

Shift: Days Monday - Friday, 5x8 hr shifts starting at 0700
Submission Requirements:
• 24 months minimum experience in Cath [required]
• ACTIVE ARRT, or CCI/RCIS [required]
• Structural heart experience [highly preferred]
• Interventional Radiology [ preferred]
• EP experience [preferred]
• Travel experience within previous 18 months [required]
• MUST be able to scrub independently, and proficiently [highly preferred]
• Willingness to take call
• Must be willing to float across campuses if needed (minutes within one another)
• Should have peripheral vascular experience [preferred]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current (Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab) experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Cath Lab / Cardiac Cath Lab) - [required]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Drivers License [document] [required]
• ARRT or RCIS certificate [document] [required]
