• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy and wellness practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within a med spa environment to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques.
• Proficiency in various massage modalities, particularly deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy and patient care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the role, including standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
