The Sales position for Michael Hohl Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac is pivotal in driving revenue and fostering customer relationships within the automotive trade industry. The primary goal is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing experience. This role requires a deep understanding of dealership sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate product benefits. Success in this position will be measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Ultimately, the Sales professional will contribute significantly to the overall growth and success of the dealership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in dealership sales or a related retail sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year sales experience .
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
