Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Kerr County, Texas. The ideal candidate will assist with treatment, administer medication, and provide direct patient support under the supervision of the Unit RN and Nurse Manager.

• Urine drug screen and background check (provided by candidate)

• Successful completion of FBI fingerprint background check (provided)

• Provide direct nursing care in line with established treatment plans.

• Administer medications and perform technical nursing procedures.

• Monitor and report patient conditions to the supervising RN.

• Support patient care activities to ensure safety and quality standards.

• Accurately document care and maintain complete patient records.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
