Best Choice Motors is growing, and we are excited to add to our team! Our Contract Specialist manages all aspects of our automotive retail contracts and will work directly with our GM, sales team, and retail lenders. This is a great position for someone who is looking for a first desk job, fresh out of school, or is looking to get their feet wet in automotive Finance and Insurance.
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm with
1 Saturday a month: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Verify information is valid and correct while uploading or printing contracts and state paperwork
- Manage different lender portals and ensure proper documents reach their destination
- Collect outstanding documents from customers who have already purchased
- Prepare document files for titling
- Ensure all contracts are funded in a timely fashion
- Keep records and spreadsheets for different functions
Qualifications/Requirements – Contract Specialist:
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Some level of computer literacy is necessary – we will train the willing candidate
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Helpful attitude and a friendly demeanor.
- Highly professional and dependable.
- Must have a good work ethic including maintaining a neat work area.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Good attendance is required.
