Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue. Our Call Center is dedicated to providing information, registration and referral services to callers, as well as scheduling appointments and assisting with patient registration. The Call Center’s friendly staff supports and promotes the organization’s physicians and services while ensuring that all telephone inquiries are responded to in a comprehensive and considerate manner. As the Clinic Registrar – Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
