Job Description:
The Property Inspector is responsible for evaluating residential and commercial properties to assess condition, compliance, and potential risks. Duties include conducting thorough on-site inspections, documenting findings with photos and reports, verifying property details, identifying structural or safety concerns, and communicating results clearly to clients or management. The Inspector ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site property inspections in a safe and professional manner.
• Document observations, measurements, and conditions accurately.
• Take detailed photographs of properties for records and reporting.
• Verify property details against provided documentation or client information.
• Identify potential risks, damages, or areas of concern.
• Prepare clear and concise inspection reports for internal use or client delivery.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic reporting software.
• Knowledge of building structures, construction methods, or property standards preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay:

• Residential inspections: $13–$30 per job
• Commercial inspections: $50–$70 per job

Hours:

• Set your own schedule between 8 AM – 8 PM
