This role is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of robotic systems and tooling used in advanced manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in robotics maintenance, tooling design, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic systems and related tooling equipment
• Design, develop, and implement new tooling solutions to improve production efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal operation of robots and tooling
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support new project initiatives and robotic integration
• Train and mentor junior technicians in best practices for robotics maintenance and tooling management
• Document maintenance activities, tooling designs, and performance metrics
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and reduce downtime
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety in the workplace

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics maintenance and tooling design
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems, PLC programming, and automation technologies
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proven leadership capabilities and mentorship experience
