Position Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 5+ years of emergency nursing experience
• Certifications (Required):
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Handle with Care (available on-site)
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• EHR Systems: MedHost (ED) and Meditech experience preferred

Role Overview: As an ED RN, you will be responsible for delivering expert clinical care to a diverse patient population, responding rapidly to urgent cases, and working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct triage, assessment, and care of patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and coordinate with the healthcare team
• Document care and interventions accurately in MedHost and Meditech EHRs
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory standards
