Job Description
Ogden & Company Inc. is currently hiring for a part-time cleaner/groundskeeper to work 20-25 hours helping to keep our communities sparkling and beautiful.
Duties would include:
Cleaning common areas weekly including clubhouse, fitness center, office, and common bathrooms.
Clean vacant apartments including monthly turnovers
Daily pickup of trash and debris around common grounds
Watering of plants, flowers and grass areas as needed
Provide list to manager of supplies needed monthly to complete tasks
Job Qualifications
Have existing cleaning experience
Take pride in and are dedicated to their work
Have high standards of cleanliness
Must be able to work with various chemicals used for cleaning
Must be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, push, pull and twist during working hours
