Customer Service Representative - Part-time position with potential to transition into full-time.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and courteous assistance. Your responsibilities include providing accurate information about products and services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering thoughtful guidance to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Quality Assurance calls related to installations, service issues, and customer winback efforts
  • Initiate outbound calls to promote and upsell products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and effectively address complaints
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about company offerings
  • Diagnose and resolve product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records following each interaction
  • Support customer service operations by assisting with incoming service queues
  • Process customer payments securely and efficiently
  • Continuously build and update a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Consistently demonstrates a positive, professional attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear and confident phone communication with customers
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and skilled in typing, scanning, and copying
