Car Wash & Gas Station Site Supervisor

We’re currently hiring 2 Site Supervisors to join our operations team at the following locations:

Del Mar Highlands- San Diego, CA 92130

Costa Verde Car Wash- San Diego, CA 92122

About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll work alongside the Site Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly at one of our high-traffic car wash, gas station, and convenience store locations. This role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support to ensure an excellent experience for customers and a great work environment for staff.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Manager with scheduling, training, motivating and supervising team members

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the car wash, convenience store, and fuel station

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service

• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and merchandising

• Help maintain equipment and coordinate minor repairs

• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Jump in to assist in any area as needed—especially during busy times

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles)

• Previous experience in a supervisor or lead role preferred

• Customer service and/or retail experience highly valued

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working outdoors (~80% of the time)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with equipment for anything over 35 lbs)

• Basic computer and mechanical skills
