Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role is crucial for fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using Stick welding and FCAW techniques to fabricate metal components.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery, including a press brake machine, to shape and assemble metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Rig materials appropriately for welding processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate forklifts to transport materials safely within the work environment.
• Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in welding, specifically with Stick welding and FCAW methods.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to welding projects.
• Familiarity with operating hand tools and machinery, including press brake machines.
• Ability to rig materials safely for welding processes.
• Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A valid welding certification is a plus but not required.
