Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX 76102

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay rate: $15-$16.40/hr

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to obtain the current status of medical record requests.
• Process payments for medical records as needed.
• Complete and manage authorization forms accurately.
• Fax and email correspondence related to medical records requests.
• Collaborate with copy services for medical records handling and processing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for all requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service while communicating with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of office experience in a professional setting.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have:

• Experience with medical records requests and working with copy services.
• Background in healthcare or medical administration.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
