We are specifically looking for former or current personal trainers who are looking to transition into a successful sales career.
Some of our highest-producing salespeople came from a background in personal training, sports instruction, or coaching; and we're looking to continue to grow with professionals who possess the mindset and skills to transition seamlessly into a high-performing sales role.

Lifetime-Vested Renewal Income. Once you've been with our agency for 2 years, if you ever transition to a different career, you will get paid renewal income on your entire book of business for as long as your clients retain their insurance policies.
Leadership Promotions Based on Performance. From training new agents, to leading local sales teams, or overseeing regional or national sales teams, or owning your own agency, all promotions are objective and based purely on performance, not time or tenure.
