In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with our Danish-speaking customers, and ensuring that their experience is seamless and delightful.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with our Danish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing them with exceptional support and guidance.
• Listen to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that each interaction leaves them feeling valued and heard.
• Proactively address issues, offering timely solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer loyalty and promote additional services that suit their needs.
• Gather insights from customer feedback to help us continuously improve our offerings and ensure top-notch service.
• Collaborate with different teams to create a unified and positive customer experience that keeps our clients coming back.
• Stay informed about our products, promotions, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills on both verbal and written platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service or a loyalty program role is highly desirable.
• A friendly and engaging personality, with strong interpersonal skills to build great relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
• A genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences and ensuring their loyalty to our brand.
