Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational setting in Willits, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to provide comprehensive speech and language support across multiple grade levels, from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position spans the full school year and requires onsite presence to effectively collaborate with students and educational staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments to identify communication needs of students.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students specific needs.
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions to support speech, language, fluency, and communication development.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech goals into educational plans.
  • Documenting progress and maintaining detailed records in compliance with education standards and guidelines.
  • Participating in meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams supporting student development.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with children from early childhood through high school.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic techniques relevant to school settings.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, as remote work is not an option at this time.
