Real Estate/Construction Transactional Associate Attorney

LHH is working with a repeat client on an UN-POSTED Associate role in the firm's Cleveland, Ohio office location. The firm is a full-service firm with offices in Ohio as well as other states, and a national reach based on same. The firm has 100+ attorneys across these multiple offices.

The firm's Real Estate group is seeking to add an Associate that has 3+ years of real estate transactional experience, inclusive of construction transactional/contracts experience.

This Associate will be expected to serve in a full-time role with an 1800 hour billable expectation. The firm has an objective bonus structure beginning at the 1800 hour mark.

This Associate will also work closely with 3 different Partners, all with different work styles and schedules. This Associate will need to be in office "more than not" with hybrid flexibility.

The firm's compensation scale would dictate that this candidate's base compensation would fall between $160K-$175K depending on experience level.
