• 24-hour on-call coverage, 7:30 am - 7:30 am, 10 - 15 days per month
• 2 - 4 nursery patients per day
• Community hospital with Level I nursery -- 400 births annually
• On-call coverage only -- no pediatric floor duties
• EMR: Meditech and Cerner
• Attendance at high-risk deliveries and C-sections required -- 0 - 1 per week
• Ongoing coverage potential
• 1 - 2 hour orientation required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
