Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Associate to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced, highly automated equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring consistent product quality and efficient output, with exposure to technologies such as laser welding, heat staking, robotics, and medical device packaging.


Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and perform routine setup and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Monitor and clear equipment faults; maintain raw material feeds and ensure proper machine function via HMIs.
  • Conduct inspections and basic preventative maintenance; escalate issues through proper channels.
  • Perform quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to meet tight tolerances.
  • Participate in process improvement, design transfers, and validation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support cleanroom procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with automated machinery, robotics, and HMIs.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (75%+ of shift).
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform pushing, pulling, and reaching tasks.
