American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for a 13-week acute care hospital assignment in Eureka, CA, with Epic EMR experience required and on-call responsibilities included.
Details- Acute care hospital setting with 150 staffed beds
- X-Ray department
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- On-call is required for this position
- Floating between like units and facilities within the state is required
- Charting is performed in Epic (experience required)
- Free parking provided; assignment parking details given during orientation
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Active CA Radiology license required (license required if applicable)
- Current ARRT (R), Fluoroscopy Permit, and BLS required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Pending licenses are not accepted
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting are required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront at the time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may be denied
- Black scrubs are required for the Radiology department
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Block schedule requests are subject to manager discretion
