Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Administrator located in New Rochelle, NY. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as project coordination, overseeing construction administration services, handling submittals, waivers, close-out packages, and assisting with project management. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

• Experience in Construction Administration Services
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the flooring industry is a plus
