**Job Description:**
Field Manager
Coordinate & confirm Field Leads are addressing Stateside QC questions on pending inspections
Review with Field Leads QC questions requiring re-inspections
Weekly meeting with each Regional Lead to review census tract progress and confirm next census tract(s) that are approved (Comms sent) to avoid any delays in canvassing
Weekly meeting with each Regional Lead to confirm adequate canvassing staffing.
Review Power BI canvassing analytics
Identify, document and review with team any inspector that needs to be re-assigned from project based on poor performance, punctuality and interpersonal issues with field team
Coordinate and assist with office and field training of new hires
Perform interviews of potential new hires
Weekly in person meeting w/ field team including Safety Toolbox Talks (this is not happening all the time, but this is a goal)
Confirm Scheduled Inspections are entered and distributed to field team by end of day Friday
Answer questions from Crew Leads and Field Leads
Inform field team of any changes in the canvassing program and procedures
Follow weather forecast and communicate with field team cancellations or delayed starts
Review and approve Timesheets and Expense Reports
Review and respond to WhatsApp’s questions and comments in seven (7) field canvassing regions
Assist with preparation of Workflows (i.e. working on Test Pits procedures and Lessons Learned)
A large portion of time is handling Incidents including reporting and documentation of Incidents to CDM Team, CDM Smith Health & Safety if applicable, PAWC Regional Operations Manager and PAWC client contacts. Incidents include police calls on canvassers, canvasser calls police on residents if they are threatened).
Document and send Incident details and resolution to CDM Team, PAWC Regional Operations and update Incident Log
Point of Contact to coordinate Test Pit program between CDM Field Team, CDM Office Team,
PAWC Team and Test Pit contractor
Point of Contact for PAWC Team for complaints and issues arising from Test Pits
Plans, manages, and oversees multiple small to medium size construction projects of a routine to moderately complex nature or a single large project or multiple-contract projects of moderately complex nature. Manages the day-to-day activities of construction representatives, construction coordinators and construction managers on projects. Coordinates and controls all construction management activities, including critical path method (CPM), scheduling and claims administration. Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and the company’s field personnel. Provides internal consultation to construction representatives and serves as a technical resource to other function groups within the division. Provides direction to Shop Drawing professionals to develop project related shop drawings. Coordinates and disseminates shop drawings to project stakeholders, as necessary. Working with sales staff and project managers, contributes to the development of new opportunities for business through proposal preparation and general contact with current and potential clients. Reviews government and funding agency regulations to provide consultative services that reflect an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legal requirements. Performs other duties as required.

Bachelor’s degree. 8 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

**Skills and Abilities:**
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. Knowledge of construction products, details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Demonstrates developing leadership skills to develop and grow staff. Excellent time and project management skills. Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve and mitigate risks.
