What You'll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:

• Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care , as well as Leadership, Sales, Administrative, and Finance teams.

• Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with our mission and culture.

• Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term talent pipeline needs.

• Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.

• Train new recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
