Job DescriptionCompany Description
- Read blueprints and roll or form product within specified tolerance on drawing for specified material using CNC Press Brake and CNC Plate Rolling Equipment.
- Set up and operate various pieces of forming equipment in a safe manner; specifically AccurPress brake, Cincinnati Press, Davi and Faccin plate roll machines
- Product types include but not limited to: Cylinders, Half Cylinders, Cones, Weld pads
- Must be able to use sweeps to determine pre-bend and roll radius
- Tack weld cylinders using flux-core, Hardwire in carbon and stainless
- Assists or performs layout and set-up work as instructed by Area Lead or Production Manager
- Loads, unload, and moves materials to and from machine using forklift or crane
- Be able to handle raw material with an overhead crane and load roll or press machine with raw material
- Must be able to inspect finished product by Straping OD, Measuring Length , Height , Width and Degrees of all parts and transfer info to work order for QC to validate measurements to sign off on before going to fabrication
- Maintain required maintenance tasks daily, weekly, and monthly
- Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times, be involved in our safety culture
- Review and understand customer tickets / work orders
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions
- Determine and properly handle equipment to operate and process orders
- Package and tag material per warehouse and/or customer instructions
- Other work-related duties as assigned
