$500 Signing & Training Bonus

Choose from Three Compensation Structures:

1. Commission-Only Model (Flexible): Uncapped earning potential starting at $5 PMPM in residuals, with growth up to $10 PMPM as your book of business expands. Full or part-time flexibility available.

2. Base + Residuals (Tier 1): $2,000 guaranteed monthly (Nov, Dec, Jan) + $5 PMPM residual (capped). Requires availability during standard work hours.

3. Base + Residuals (Tier 2): $3,500 guaranteed monthly (Nov, Dec, Jan) + $2 PMPM residual (capped). Requires availability during standard work hours.
