General Labor Trash Attendant

Days of Operation: Sunday-Thursday

Start time: 7:00 PM

Estimated Time on Site: 2 hours (1 location) - 4 hours (2 locations)

Pay: We pay by the job, not by the hour because we don’t want to punish efficient work. We pay everyone as W2 employees on a weekly basis one Friday after the work is provided. (Work during the week of August 18th-22nd received pay August 30th). Pay will be at a rate of approximately $20/hour.

Description of Responsibilities: Show up at your designated apartment complex by 7:00 PM. Take a picture of the trash compactor when you arrive. Begin collecting trash from the each apartment unit’s front door. All trash will be required to be in a trash can provided by TrashForce. Trash should be bagged, tied, and in the trash can. If trash is not in good order, employee takes a picture and reports it to management as a violation. Take all trash to the compactor ON SITE. No trash is ever expected to leave the complex. Collection is easiest when done by a pickup truck, but we will provide tilt carts / 96-gallon trash cans to complete collection for those without trucks. Once all units have been serviced take a picture of the compactor after service. Proceed to second property and repeat the process.

Scheduling: Flexible scheduling set one week in advance of expected service. Commit to whichever days are best for you and your families for the following week.
