Delivery Driver

As a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, you will be a vital part of our network, ensuring packages are delivered safely and on time to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a company-provided delivery vehicle on a designated route.

• Manage a high volume of packages (typically 100+ daily), ensuring all deliveries are accurate and timely.

• Load and unload packages from the vehicle and sort them for efficient delivery.

• Utilize handheld scanners and GPS navigation to optimize routes and track delivery progress.

• Provide professional, courteous, and friendly customer service to all recipients.

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs and use a dolly for heavier items.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and efficiently.
