Monday - Thursday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$15.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Follow all company safety guidelines and operating procedures.
Maintain quality standards and adhere to weekly production schedules.
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and complete PM checklists.
Operate machinery and computer systems; conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and cleaning (2–3 times daily).
Read and interpret order blueprints and specifications.
Adjust machine components to meet specified widths, lengths, and material thicknesses.
Confirm job priorities with supervisor and communicate any issues or questions.
Process work orders assigned by department leads.
Inspect finished products and coordinate with supervisor for approval or rejection.
Organize and prepare materials based on order specifications.
Assist with material handling, including moving carts and supporting edgeband operations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform end-of-shift housekeeping.
Complete special tasks or projects assigned by supervisors or plant management.
