Application Developer, Team Lead

Salary: $200K+ DOE

Overview:
Connexus Hub is hiring a Senior Application Developer to lead development and sustainment of academic applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile/DevSecOps software development for academic platforms.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins) for secure code integration and deployment.
• Provide quarterly feature releases aligned to user priorities.
• Ensure 100% of code passes automated security scans before production release.
• Coordinate with Configuration Control Board (CCB) for change approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
• 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in lead/development roles.
• Expertise in secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with LMS or education-focused systems preferred.
• Clearance: Secret.
