Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with OASIS documentation and EMR charting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
