Project Management Specialist - Supply Chain

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4+ years of related work experience Hybrid between supply chain analyst/ project management specialist
• Experience sourcing suppliers to fill supply chain inventory pipeline gaps
• Experience reporting metrics and status updates to customers (internal and external)
• Proficient with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Systems Applications and Processing (SAP)
• Experience in aerospace industry
• Bachelor's Degree in related field

Job Description

Our Aerospace client is looking for Project Management Specialists to join their team. This position consists of implementing best practices around program and project management, collecting and organizing data to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance. The ideal candidates will be highly proficient in excel, demonstrate effective communication skills and professionalism, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous priorities.

Pay Rate: $42 - $45/hr based off qualifications
