Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Stay informed on Toyota models, features, and financing options
• Collaborate with teammates to meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate records using dealership CRM tools

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

• Prior automotive sales experience is not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
