Location: Remote
What We're Looking For
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with potential for overtime
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fast learners who are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems at once
- Open availability post-training (schedule to be determined)
- 2 Week Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9AM - 6PM (EST)
Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Relations Agent, you'll be the voice of Five Below-helping customers with questions, resolving issues, and delivering the kind of experience that keeps them coming back. You'll work closely with other teams across the company to ensure every customer interaction ends on a high note.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone (inbound/outbound) and email
- Assist with issues related to online and in-store purchases, including returns, product inquiries, order status, and store experiences
- Use problem-solving skills, available tools, and sound judgment to resolve concerns quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments on service or product-related challenges
- Document all interactions accurately within the Zendesk ticketing system
- Identify recurring issues and share insights with the Management Team
- Participate in weekly High Five Team meetings to share updates and learnings
- Support other tasks and projects as assigned
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish a plus!)
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Independent decision-making while knowing when to escalate or seek support
- Strong follow-up skills and commitment to seeing issues through to resolution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance + flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Prior experience in customer support or an inbound call center environment preferred
Technical Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Experience with Zendesk, OMS, or WMOS (a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Access to a reliable, high-speed internet
- A workspace that is free of clutter and distractions
