Front of House - Now Hiring

As a Server, you are the face of Los 3 Potrillos. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, provide excellent customer service, and ensure each guest enjoys an authentic Mexican dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, stations, and service areas.
• Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments accurately and process checks through the POS system.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the hospitality industry
• 18 years or older
