Shift Requirements: M-F 8 hr days
Weekend Requirements: possible coverage for inpatient on the weekends TBD possibly only 1 weekend
Float Requirements: May be asked to float to other facilities within the north region
On Call/Call-Back: N/A
Required Certifications: WI State PT license, BLS, PALS preferred
Required Education: Bachelors degree
Minimum Experience: working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Inpatient and Outpatient experience preferred
Charting Experience Preferred: EPIC
Required Skillset: Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.
Dress Code: Business casual
