Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of two years' experience in Developmental Disabilities or human services setting preferred. Supervisory experience is required. Must have an understanding of developmental disabilities, behavior management, and person-centered care. Must have strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills. Must be able to use discretion and make independent decisions based on good judgment. Must possess good problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Must possess acceptable employment and background screenings.
