Operations Team Member - Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $18/Hr. - $20/Hr.

Schedule:
7am to 4pm - Wednesday - Sunday
OR 7am to 4pm Sunday - Thursday

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload machines with care and attention to detail
• Support daily back-of-house operations with efficiency and compassion
• Help with prints, packaging, labeling, and keepsakes
• Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to process improvements and team goals

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with basic technology (Slack, spreadsheets, inventory tools, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and compassion
