• Trauma Level: Level 1

• Office Equipment Available: Standard oncology and infusion support
• Specialty Backup Available: Hematology, Oncology, other specialties available within hospital system
• Support Staff Available: APPs during daytime (hematology and oncology); no APP support for call or weekends
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage due to inpatient and call needs

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, emergency privileges available with clean file
• Credentialing Timeline: 90 days if licensed; 120 days if license is required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Rate: $593.75/hour
• Call Compensation: Separate call, night call, and 24-hour call rates available (contact account manager for details)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active MN license required; IMLC accepted
• Board: Board Certification required in Hematology/Oncology
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Epic EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide inpatient hematology/oncology care with focus on malignant hematology
• Cover infusion center and outpatient oncology as needed
• Participate in rounding and admissions
• Take evening and weekend call as required
• Collaborate with APPs and hospital specialty teams
