Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical exams and delivering preventive healthcare within established clinical guidelines
• Providing education, referrals, and coordination of care for patients and their families
• Ensuring timely and complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participating in peer review, quality improvement, and provider productivity efforts
• Collaborating with administrative leadership to support high-quality clinical care and access
