LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Sharon, Connecticut.

SHIFT TIMES: 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM; every other weekend, may include some holidays
WORK SITE: 50 Hospital Hill Road, Sharon, CT 06069
78 bed general hospital
Psych unit for geriatric adults with have multiple medical comorbidities.
Patients are often total care – candidates with a med surg and psych background will be helpful preferred.
Dementia, Depression, SI, schizophrenia, bipolar with medical comorbidities
Facilitate therapeutic groups; Involuntary status; medical psych; Restraints; Seclusion; Voluntary Status
Required:
CT-RN
Crisis Management Training Certification – administered by CPI or Northwell. (Other in-person CMT courses of a minimum of 6 hours may be considered -please submit certificate confirming these criteria for review)
BLS
2 yrs + experience in psych
Preferred:
5 yrs. experience
Experience with geriatric and dementia care strongly preferred
Experience in med/surg helpful
