Pay Rate: Up to 3,140 Weekly Gross for 40 hours/Week

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately fill prescription medications.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, storage, and precautions.
- Monitor patient medication therapy and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Administer immunizations and vaccinations (where authorized).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Pharmacist (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (Required)
- Current, active Pharmacist license in the state of practice (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (Required)
